燒賣 = Pork Dumpling
牛肉(球) = Steamed meatballs
奶皇包 = Sweet cream buns

糯米雞 = Lotus leaf rice
千層糕 = Chien chang go

There is something funny about "the first day morning", may be you can use
"First thing in the morning" or " Early in the morning".

Then I really can't understand what do u mean by " Chinese Dim Sum have any more"? So I just change it.

The whole sentence will be:

The first thing in the morning, we will go to the Chinese restaurant and have Dim Sum. Chinese Dim Sum is full of variety. There are shrimp dumplings, pork dumplings, beefballs, steamed custard buns and.......

This is how I will say:

On the morning of the first day, we went to Yum Cha. We have eaten many varieties of Dim Sum, including steam shrimp dumplings, pork dumplings, steam beef balls, and custard cream buns.
