Youth Leadership Development Programme
( 傲翔新世代- 全方位青年領導訓練計劃 )
Student counselors are nominated to join the leadership programme (organized by the YMCA. Participants have to join a series of leadership training, services and conduct a project work. The best participant is invited to join an overseas interflow.
