2.1 Build up the rewards system
Restaurant should reward some good working attitude of staff and also to punish some with bad working attitude. Build up a reward system because that restaurant need to keep a good level of standard.
Advantage: It can build up a high-morale in the restaurant
Disadvantage: If some staff always can not get the reward by the restaurant. Staff will be discouraged and may leave the company..

You might want to change all the "negativeness of staff" to "negative attitude of the staff"

THE restaurant should reward the staff WITH POSITIVE working attitude and punish THOSE with NEGATIVE working attitude. BuildING up a reward system CAN MAINTAIN GOOD STANDARDS IN THE restaurant.
Advantage: It can build up a high-morale in the restaurant
Disadvantage: If the staff IS NEVER rewardED by the restaurant, THE staff will be discouraged and may leave the company..
