麻油和醋的問題

麻油 mainly consists of higher unsaturated fat (contains double bonds)
CH=CH(CH3)nCOOH
while 醋 is diluted ethanoic acid, Et-H and polar as well, (-)Et-H(+), where Et=CH3COO-
at most, electrophilic addition results at the sites of double bonds to form ester
CH(Et)-CH2(CH3)nCOOH

i am convinced most ester are not harmful to human beings
