聽講已經不太介意這個問題，好似兩者都OK, 我miss 講，不過她話最好寫" Dear Sir/Madam"

if the question ask u to write a letter to the editor,
you are required to write "dear editor" instead of "dear sir",
mark may be deducted
also, the ending will be different, one is "yours faithfully" and the other one is "yours sincerely"
