我想令d朱古力溶...以後make其他形狀...

一般在製巧克力,只需購買烘焙專用巧克力磚,將其切成小塊或細碎後,放入容器中,以隔水加熱的方式來加熱,不過巧克力溫度不可超過50℃,否則巧克力會變質而失去光澤。將巧克力加熱到完全熔化後,即可倒入巧克力模型中,或者倒入淺盤,等到巧克力凝固但尚未堅硬之前,用餅乾模壓出形狀即可。
如果覺得隔水加熱太麻煩,你也可以將切碎的巧克力置於微波爐中,以中微波火力來加熱,每次大約加熱1分鐘,直到當巧克力大致都融化時,再取出用湯匙拌勻,剩餘的熱度就會將巧克力給完全融化了。

Simple Procedures of Tempering

1.Chop chocolate into small pieces.

2.Melt 3/4 of portion over hot water until it reached 40'C.

3.Remove from heat and stir in the remaining 1/4 portion until the chocolate is melted.

4.Dip the tip of of a knife into the chocolate and it should be set in 3 minutes at room temperature (18C to 20C),if it is completely tempered .If not,you should keep agitate the melted chocolate until it reached the tempered temperature.

整溶朱古力唔可以直接煮,用不綱器皿盛載朱古力,隔熱水座溶,再加少少淡忌廉就會比較滑d
