我有本書話 alcohol 既好處係fast respond to heat
但另一本就話 respond to temperature change slowly
咁唔係有矛盾咩??

我估佢意思係拍酒精對於熱個range好大,即係例如一、兩度都可以感應到而慢慢咁expand
