School's ventilation system facilities are adequate or not ？
通風系統 = ventilation system
設備 = facilities
完善在yahoo字典找到的是perfect
但通風系統設備用perfect這個字怪怪的
所以覺得用adequate (足夠的，適當的）好像正確點．．．．
