～～Question On Friction Again～～

Suppose there is a block on an inclined plane (with 2 contact surfaces).

I wanna ask:
If the 2 surfaces remain unchanged, what are the factors affecting the value of
i) coefficient of static friction?
ii) coefficient of kinetic friction?

e.g. Speed? Weight (adding masses on the block without changing the contact surfaces)?

i) irregularities, surface contaminants of the block/plane, inclination of the plane

ii) mass of the block, may be speed, but the kinetic friction is almost constant for a range of speed
