什麼是( 移動單擋) ?

簡單d來講....單檔係一道牆......企定一個位去阻住對方防守球員移動....令你既控球隊友更易係冇防守球員之下進攻.....



而移動單檔就係一道為阻止防守球員而隨便移動既牆.....直接d來講就係用身體推開人而唔係阻止人移動...兩種阻上防守球員移動既性質唔同....得來既效果都唔一樣

點為知單擋?

單擋 means pick and roll, If you are going to use that, you need need to find a big men to finish this job, you may pass to him, and then he pass to you, and you shooting or pass......(FOR POINTS)

點先要單擋?

If you 要單擋 , thats mean someone blocking you and don't let you go

點樣單擋先吾會犯規?

f you don't want單擋會犯規, you stand in front of the man( don't move) that blocks your teammate and let you teammates go but remeber you can't use push or pull to help your teammate!

移動單擋?

移動單擋 means pick and pop, If you are going to use that, you need need to find a big men to finish this job, he block off the guy that defence you, and gets the ball in to the paint and pass to him, and he shoots (FOR ASSIST)

而阻人前進是在單擋時移動

假設a同c係同一隊(攻方)
當b mark緊a既時候
呀c mark著呀b...
等呀b mark唔到a..
a就有機會進攻..
呢d就係單擋喇...
