我想你所指的"洗機"應該是指把電腦format如果沒有你所指的"洗機碟"...應該是windows碟吧?
請先考慮以下問題:
１.Q:我沒有安裝光牒和還原光牒,我還可以format電腦嗎?
A:沒有的話，你format掉硬碟，電腦就如同一個失去記憶的人，你認為可以嗎？
２.Format = 格式化：代表將硬碟資料歸零。
Reinstall 重灌：代表重新安裝軟體(98&XP等算是一種超大型軟體)
３.中了病毒，沒光碟的話還是乖乖的用防毒軟體殺毒唄。

其實如果format的不是現在正在使用的硬碟
請你在 DOS 底下打入 FORMAT D: 既可.(D表代硬碟的代號)
如果是想format c:的話
如果沒有你所指的windows碟,
你可以在windows中建立一隻開機磁碟,並在開機的時候放入磁碟,
當等到你可以打字的時候
在 DOS 底下應該打入format c: 即可

如果不能導入磁碟的話,請
開機 test 完 ram 之後 , 按 del 入 bios settings
之後揀左邊第 2 個 :
advanced bios features > first boot device > 揀 floppy
