My daughter was 8 years old. She born in Hong Kong at 1999.
My husband and I also hold the BNO.
We live in Hong Kong.
I want to ask, My daughter can/can't apply the BNO?

Only persons born prior to July 1, 1997 can apply for BN(O) status. However, if the child is stateless, he/she can become British Overseas Citizen.
