Annual return填寫問題

盡快委任董事吧，或暫時以秘書公司為董事，到正式找到董事時，辭去舊有董事只需呈報公司註冊處﹐亦是一件很容易的事。

或者其他人在報稅表代簽，只要註明代簽，相信稅務局也不會反對。當然，最好是再問一問稅務局。

1. Fill in the Director Resignation Form
2. Fill in the New Director Appointment Form
3. Fill in the Annual Return after the New Director Appointment

Please also refer to your company M & A to see whether there is "Reserve Director".

All document should be submitted to COmpany Registry not IRD.Only IRD: Employer Return, Profit tax.
