Which word is more accurate?

Delete 是指"刪除". e.g. the record has been deleted from the system, and thus we cannot access to the information stored in that record anymore.

而 Remove 可指 "移去", "移除"及 "脫下", 但不是 "刪丟". e.g. the record has been removed from this directory, but we still have this record saved somewhere else.
or
He removed his coat as soon as he returns home. 他一回家就脫下的外衣.
我們在以上的example不可以寫成 "he deleted his coat as soon as he returns home"

Delete:
To eject somethings that has been written or printed, or that has been stored on a computer or a file in some where.
Example: This command deletes files from the directory.

Remove:
To take something ro somebody out of the ways
Example: He romoved his hand from her shoulder.
EX 2: illegally parked vehicles will be removed.
Ex3: Three children were removed from the school for persistent bad behaviour.

Delete:
to remove something that has been written down or stored in a computer:
Eg a.His name was deleted from the list.
b.I deleted the file by mistake.
Remove:
to get rid of something so that it does not exist any longer:
Eg: a.a cleaner that will remove wine stains
b.The college removed rules that prevented women from enrolling.
