呢個係成本問題外賣器皿要俾錢買,
一個基本外賣用具要外賣盒,紙杯,紙杯蓋,膠义,膠匙(加埋成本不少)
還有繁忙時間要送外賣,即樓面會少了一人工作.
或者該時段要請兼職,這又是成本.
不過有部份食店會不收外賣加費,以爭取客源的.

2. staff not only need to take out the food from kitchen but also need to pack them in a good way for customers
3. when u wait in their restaurant u are occupying their space and affect their working process too (for small restaurants)
