如果筋比較鬆，
骨骼會否有多些生長空間，
而長得高些？
而人愈大筋愈硬，
與身體被拉高有關係嗎？

無束縛當然會生長得容易的．男仔11歳160cm你話高唔高．佢就係自小就被我把筋膜拉鬆．

I think there is no relation between the 筋 and the 骨骼.
