i believe u r getting in a very high standard college, so i m going to give u an english version.

Frankly, i believe most of the candidate achieved a very high standard and so do i. But beside academic, i hv also devloped kinds of interest/ hobbie in order to become a well round person, such as xxx, xxxx, xxxx (juz point out wht will u do during leisure time, wht u r interested, such as musical, sport, etc...if possible say wht hv u achieved in those hobbie, any qualification, sth like that).

Say sth that u r special from the other canadiate, i assumed all ur competitors most likely will hv the same academic result, i.e. toppest result. so juz point out other things, such as ur mindset. They do reli care about ur learning attitude and passion. A ppl with positive attitude and high every level always achieve high standard. 1 more thing, the interviewer will be impressed with your wide range of activities and this is a great opportunity to talk about how amazing you are at multitasking. Admitting that it juggling multiple responsibilities isn't easy is a good touch of humbleness, but keep in mind that you are trying to show how well organized, goal oriented, and driven you are.
