For 豬油, of course, you can buy it in the market. It is too troblesome to you, and you need small amount of 豬油 only. You may waste your time and the remaining 豬油. Their 豬油 is collected when pig is roasted. Though you can make 豬油 , but the taste cannot be comparable to 豬油 in the above restuarants. You may be disappointed and waste your valuable time and effort.
