如何打散肌肉?

注意!我係唔想要肌肉!
由於我之前去做gym…
做得太西利…
依家身上有40-50%係肌肉!
加上我係女仔…
所以唔可以甘大隻!
help!!!!

首先, 必須馬上停做 GYM ..然後只可做cardio to burn both fat and muscle,
可以再加練YOGA 去軟化及舒緩硬化了的肌肉..pls try this

不要再做gym及不可食過多蛋白同肉,做柔軟帶氧運動,我用一個好經濟的方法,又唔駛食藥,唔駛點做運動,三個月康減15磅,全身纖瘦,睇呢個網站www.yourhealthyshape.com/actionnow一定幫到你!

Do more cardio exercise like running, swimming, etc......and also stop your weight........because I had a friend who give me a photo 2 year ago.......he is very big.......but after play basketball and stop gym.......he become very slim right now........unbelievable!!!!! add oil~~~
