做律師有咩要求

香港現在有三間大學提供法學學士課程，分別是港大，中大和城大。

港大基本上公認是最好的，收生成績亦最高，城大次之。中大因為才剛成立法學院，所以無從比較。要入U讀法律，英文一定要好好好好好，即是高考和會考英文無A都要有B。

律師都有分大律師和事務律師，career path和工作性質都唔同。以我有限的知識，記得大律師處理刑事案件，即殺人放火案打官司那些；事務律司就處理樓宇、婚姻、遺產之類的訴訟和文件。不過，無論做那一種，通常大部分人都是入U讀完個法學士，畢業後去律師樓實習，晉身司法界的行業。

不過，我都聽過有些人沒有入U讀law，都做到律師的，不過就會迂迴d和辛苦d，要考好多paper，但詳情就唔知啦，或者請其他人補充啦。

Provided you can achieve very good grades no matter which major you pick, for money, it must be business and focusing on Finance and going to work in investment bank front end roles. You can earn quite a lot and share fat bonus (can be more than 1 year base salary) in good days. For lawyers (solicitor route), target will be the corporate finance teams of those big international city firms, which you may earn $40K+ as trainee and $60K 2-3yrs PQE. For barrister route, if you are a born advocate with mother tongue English, you should be able to earn big bucks for big civil cases. However, it may take you few years before your business get on track. As barrister, there is no fixed income and you have to pay the chamber fees. However, all of these routes are very competitive.

Remember, we only talk about the best cases here. If you couldn't get to the top in these fields, lawyering is just another lousy job in Hong Kong earning below average salary with LONG working hours. 好多成績好好嘅Law友讀完PCLL或做完trainee solicitor or bar pupil 之後都死死地去讀MAcc / Post-graduate Diploma in Accountancy，考HKICPA QP 或大陸CPA 搏入big 4，因為做会計師收入比做law友多好幾倍，揀law讀之前要唸清楚，而家law graduates比市場實際需要多出十倍 (但會計就工揾人)，除非你老豆同D corporate finance lawyer 或者D大孖沙 好熟，肯定入到Richard Butlers or Allen & Overy咁就唔同，做細行general practice 好有經驗一个月都未必揾到$6,000-7,000，你一定後悔，徐非你對law好有興趣，唸住做PhD in law 咁又唔同睇法。会計大熱，不如讀会計 la
