Second, overall the passage is too income-oriented. Talented or educated people don't just make more money, they have more options and can impart more extensive changes to the world.

Third, the fact that employers are always looking for talented/educated employees is absolutely not a trend. It's been like this forever. If it's really a trend to you, you may need to justify what made you think so.

My suggested revision would be:
Currently, highly specialized and educated people are in high demand; organizations all over the world are hoping to attract qualified employees with competitive benefits and salaries. I believe a person's qualification is directly proportinal to earning ability. Therefore, we should enhance our knowledge by capturing every chance of getting more education and experience.

Increasing demand for talents is a worldwide trend; a lot of organizations are recruiting talent with high salaries. It is believed that high qualifications will mean salary increase and conversely, low qualifications will mean salary decrease. Therefore it is important that to make use of all available opportunities to add-value to oneselves both in education and working experience to cease the opportunities of this new trend.
