唔知點解我用Nero StartSmart Essentials燒左隻vcd不過我令番去我部dvd機到就睇唔到啦

You have to pick Nero->CD-VCD (Video-CD) format, and drag those MPEG into the ... MPEGAV folder, that was it ... nothing special, once it is in VCD format, any DVD player can read it.
Burn it in 16x, this speed most older DVD can support, if you burn it in 52x or so ...
some DVD player may not like it ...
