I tried looking it up in my chinese dictionary but as everyone else said its a bunch of foo foo and it dont make sense.

This is Chinese, but it is not constructed in a way that is legible. In other words, it's gibberish.

These does not mean anything. They are Chinese characters but without any meaning when they are put together. Where did you copy that from?

To GoAndComeback: No way those are Mandarin Chinese words. They're too complex. It's the traditional Chinese words. (Mandarin Chinese...err...I consider it simplified.)
