Dancing With The Stars.?

Aren't all celebrities doing it for the attention??? I think that is is inspiring to see someone with that kind of disability doing a dancing competition. I know that she is probably trying to gain some brownie points after all the Paul McCartney divorce crap but if you put all that aside, you have to admire someone who is willing to risk humiliation to show that her disability won't slow her down. Besides, I think even Paul McCartney thinks it is great. He sent her flowers on opening night!

shez not doing it for attention. a lot of people who have a fake leg look up to her and that is great b/c than they have a chance to dance or be whatever they want. she just wants to be a good role model to others who are looking upon her and plus just the fact that is performing with an artifical leg it does add a little flavor to the whole show.

I think she is doing the show because she wants to change the perception of her as being Paul McCartney's ex-wife who is after his money. When the reality is, she is a mother, activist, and a philanthropist. "Dancing With The Stars" is a great way to soften a celebrity's image.

She probably was thinking hmm..maybe I can dance. I want to see if I can do this. But last night Monday March 26. She did a great job! Artificial or not. You would have never knew.

that lady has a lot of courage and determination hats off to her. that should be a example to persons with physical disabilities.

I think she is an inspiration to those without limbs and
with disablities. I admire her.

If she is doing the show for publicity, so what, it’s showbiz. If she is doing it to inspire others with disabilities like hers, then good for her. Either way Dancing with the Stars is just a show, an entertainment for viewers. As long as I’m entertained, I guess I don’t really care why the contestants decided to be on the show. All the contestants have to work hard for the show too, it’s not like The Hollywood Squares where they just need to push a button.

yesterday she was good in dancing with leg and she did a backflip.

she MAY be doing it for attention but there are better dancers than her on the show and I hope the voters see that and dont let her have the sympathy vote, and isnt she getting millions of dollars from sir paul?? I dont have much sympathy for that!!!

Well, she says she's doing it to give amputees hope... I've met many who are depressed because they'll never walk the same again, but if they see someone with an artificial leg out there dancing, they'll be inspired. If that's true... If she's not doing it for attention... then what she's doing is very noble. My mom think's she's a gold-digging sl*ut tho... I personally don't care who dances on that show.

I think this is really a tough situation. Personally, I do not like Heather Mills and wish she was not in the competition. I believe she is all about herself and what she does and wants attention. I do not think it is fair to the other competitors because it seems like she is getting special attention. ("Oh, how great you did". "Oh, I was worried you would not be able to do that turn in your condition." ) It is like they are focusing soley on her disability. If they would not comment about the disability in any way and just treat her like a regular contestant and not talk about the leg it may be okay. I hope she goes off soon.

if she can rock it out then more power to her im all for anyone who loves dancing but i do think it s for attention and for the win but she aint gonna
