The School of Continuing and Professional Studies of the Chinese University of HK provides Korean Language courses which usually take 4 hours per week. They usually hold extensive Korean courses in Summer for students. l forgot the number of hours per week for those courses but you may check it out in May. Check this website later:

Actually there is no difference for 4 hr per week or 6 hr per week course. It's your attitude that matters. E.g. if you just sit in the class without practising, it's hard for you to improve your Korean. Therfore if you take the course, try preparing for your lesson one day before, speak/practise more in the class, do your homework and revision at home.
Before Summer comes, try learning Korean from the websites. You may save money and improve your Korean at your own pace.
