雖然佢地既DNA 係一樣, 不過大家都知道, 除左基因會決定我地既特徵外, 環境因素都好重要. 例如就算你有 "身形高" 既基因, 但營養不足一樣唔會長高.
而指模既形成亦都會受環境因素影響. 即當佢地仲係子宮個陣, 接觸到既環境例如羊水, 另一個胎兒既位置, 同子宮既接觸, 母親活動等等環境因素都會直接影響指模既development, 佢地既指模大概pattern 會好似, 但係detail 的特徵會唔同.
所以鑑識人員係可以分別出孖生胎兒的指模.

其實就算孖生, 當你仔細d睇, 佢地個樣都有少許唔同. 道理一樣.

世上冇人的指模是完全一樣
無論你是同一細胞分裂or一同受精都好
是不一樣的
有人研究過，指模不同的排列
可以造到6x10^10(6之後10個0)咁多種「不同」指模
世上人口有60億
注定指模是不會一樣的

但人地話，世上有幾個人是天生冇指模的(not sure)
