I am planning to go to Greece, Croatia,Italy & Geman soon, as I am a HKSAR passport holder, shall I need apply a visa to go there?

If you are using HKSAR passport, then you don't need to apply any visa to enter the above 4 countries.香 港 特 別 行 政 區 護 照 免 簽 證 情 況 一 覽 表

You need not to apply visa provided that you have at least 6 months before the expiry date.
