It is IMPOSSIBLE that there is 治病恩賜的牧者in the world now! Of course prayer is powerful, but we should be careful that prayer cannot heal people. It's GOD who heals people....so, please keep on praying for the brother. Anyone can do this, not only the experienced pastors!

Ask your church, your friends and brothers and sisters in Christ to pray for him.
I am sure that God will comfort and heal him.
