A carrot (Daucus carota) is a root vegetable, usually orange or white in color with a woody texture. The edible part of a carrot is a taproot. It is a biennial plant which grows a rosette of leaves in the spring and summer while building up the stout taproot, which stores large amounts of sugars for the plant to flower in the second year. The flowering stem grows to about 1 m tall, with umbels of white flowers. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrot)

The turnip (Brassica rapa var. rapa) is a root vegetable commonly grown in temperate climates worldwide for its white, bulbous taproot. Small, tender varieties are grown for human consumption, while larger varieties are grown as feed for livestock. Turnips are notably popular in Europe, particularly in its colder parts, because they grow well in cold climates and can be stored for several months after harvest. The radish is an edible root vegetable of the Brassicaceae family that is domesticated and consumed throughout the world.

They are totally different, in term of appearence, taste and way of cooking.

Carrot = 紅蘿蔔, can make juice as well.
Turnip = 白蘿蔔, is a kind of Chinese vegetable, most of the time can only find in China town, not all the supermarket in the USA.日本蘿蔔 is also called Turnip.

Radish = 甜菜 ,深紅色 的,可參考下列看樣子, 一般用作沙律, taste sour and sweet. You can buy this in Park'n Shop Superstore or Jusco etc. To me, it taste terrible.
