我想問一日企成4-6個鐘.....係咪可以減肥架!!

depends on what you mean by 減肥
if you mean burning calory
everything you do burns calory
even sleeping burns calory
(sleeping actually burns more calories than watching TV, but that's another thing)

so, standing does burn calories, but it is not very effective interms of wanting to lose weight. however it does burn more calories than just sitting down.

不會的.
肥是因脂肪積聚過多.
人要進行帶氧運動, 體內會產生激數, 便會將脂肪燃燒, 便可以減肥.
企並不是帶氧運動, 所以並無幫助.
