我想要一些只用雪櫃雪都做到既蛋糕食譜!
因本人之女兒就快生日了!所以想親手整個蛋糕同佢慶祝,但由於我家沒有焗爐,又沒有可以焗蛋糕的電飯煲!
所以希望搵到一些簡單易做的蛋糕食譜!而且希望會有[藍苺芝士蛋糕]同[朱古力芝士蛋糕]的食譜.(不是這兩款蛋糕的食譜都可以的!)麻煩晒,thank !!

sponge cake
2 Tbsp. Kahlua liqueur
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup boiling water
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese(mascarpone cheese)
1/2 cup sugar
2 cup Whipped Topping
1 tsp. cocoa powder
Preparation
sponge cake on bottom of baking dish.
beat cream cheese( mascarpone cheese)until smooth. Add sugar and liqueur, mixing, gently stir in whipped topping.
POUR 1/2 of the cream cheese(mascarpone cheese) mixture over sponge cake . Top with remaining sponge cake ; brush with remaining Kahlua liqueur. Spoon remaining cream cheese (mascarpone cheese) mixture over sponge cake . Dust with cocoa powder. Refrigerate overnight.
