會唔會貶值?
但我發覺租金回報好高。。。差唔多有9%...如果是這樣,甘其實升值貶值是否冇所謂?因為租金已經級了我理想回報。。。
定係有D乜野問題我係未諗到的?
我諗住買左佢就唔賣,凈係收租。。。甘就唔怕冇人買同貶值啦。。。係咪?定係租金回報會回落?
我真係諗唔通,有冇經驗夠的人可指點一下?
記住,我唔係想炒樓,呢D錢唔會有咩特別需要動用的,只想幫D錢搵好既回報。
其實都貶值到甘平,仲可以繼續貶值嗎?如地點方便返工,附近租金又高很多,其實這些樓(同區較低的租價)唔係應該唔憂租嗎???只要地區升值,層樓本身貶值有所謂嗎?當樓價同該區市價差太遠時,遲早都有人會收購重建來賺取差價吧?

williamwk2005: i dont really understand what you mean...no im not concerned with mortgage cuz i dont need to borrow any money...for the government buyback thing, shouldnt i be happy if the government or developer want to acquire my property cuz they usually pay premium for that?
