食肆全面禁煙~急~

I think it is good, it increases appetite and turn over rate of tables is much higher now.
However, as a smoker myself, of course I would still prefer to be able to smoke right at the dinner table... I'm just so used to smoking over dinner.

So now, my friends and I will look for alfresco restaurants for dinner appointment... so that we can really have an enjoyable dinner that goes well with food, wine/ beer & cigarettes.

I just don't understand why the government want to create the law of not smoking in all indoor places, but yet... launch a "smoking allowed" license for pubs & clubs right after that.

生署副署長梁挺雄表示，過去約有八百間食肆實施全面禁煙，本星期天廿九日將有額外二百間不同類型和規模的食肆落實參與無煙食肆開放日，屆時所有參與的食肆都會在店內張貼海報及禁煙標貼，而食肆員工會佩戴「食肆無煙大使」的襟章，向食客派發單張。他強調，控煙工作小組成立以來替約六百名食肆管理人員及員工提供專題講座，並委任四百人為食肆無煙大使。
