金菇牛肉卷
BEEF ROLLS IN BARBECUE SAUCE

Ingredients:
Beef fillet 12 thin slices [about 250 g], Enoki mushrooms 170 g [tails removed]
Marinade:
Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp, Sesame oil 1 tsp, Pepper to taste
Sauce Mix:
Lee Kum Kee Barbecue Sauce 4 tbsp, Water 3 tbsp, Corn starch 1 tsp
Method:
1.Mix beef fillet with marinade.
2.Arrange enoki mushrooms on beef slices and roll up.
3.Pan-fry beef rolls in 3 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Put on a serving plate.
4.Heat through sauce mix and pour over beef rolls.
