It depends on your employment terms & conditions, benefits, medical scheme, annual leave (14 days) and retirement funds, etc.
For new fresh graduate from university, they don't have any memories or history in his mind about this company (actually it should be many subsidiary companies), they don't realise the management style and what they did to its staff. It can be a good employer as some position may offer at equivalent market value. However, some of them may not.
Basically if you are classified as professional or management grade, you don't have any OT as they expect you to work at anytime (7x24) to contribute to the company. Even you may not expected to claim for time-off (even though you work after normal hrs). READ your employment letter before you sign.

Lastly, I suggest you to imagine what are the criteria and characteristics of a ^good employers^ before you can say yes or no. It's not a easy answer at all.
