能量(Energy) symbol: E

Energy is the basic concept of physics.
It is a scalar.
It cannot be created or destroyed.
Energy exist in many forms in our world, for instance, light, kinetic, etc.
In many case, conservation of energy from one another is very common.

動量(Momentum) symbol: p

Momentum is the product of an object's mass and velocity.
It is a vector.
p=mv
Basically, it can be consider as how difficult it is to stop the object.
In collision, momentum of an object can be conserved, or not conversed,
by considering the objects initial and final kinetic energy, or elasticity of the collision.
