我得18歲,,唔知邊d moisturizer岩我,我試過fancel(ok既,不過貴lo,又細枝) ,maxfactor(好好ar,不過個條line又唔出啦!),neutrogena(好油ar!!),h20+8 杯水(初初ok,之後winter就好dry,唔ok啦)
依家我塊面好難搞,,成日好紅...呢幾年先咁樣咋!
依家我用緊laneige...都ok既,,,不過好似唔係最岩lo,因為面太紅,好似爆冊個問題冇解決,d人成日都問我塊面做咩??
我本身塊面白架,so好明顯....我想搵岩個brand 就長用唔轉架啦,,邊度brand岩我ar??唔好咁貴個d wo...我買唔起~
邊隻brand 既moisturizer對d 好敏感既face 好??

以下知識係幾位專科皮膚科醫生告訴我同個人經驗
好敏感既face
可能係: 洗面水溫太熱,洗面太大力,洗臉產品太刺激,過度洗面,化妝品,保養品不合適(你想像一下,如果洗面過度,傷左d皮,就算擦moisturizer都唔會潤得去邊)
因為moisturizer唔係人皮,人皮要適當油脂
可能係:天生
首先要選好洗瞼品
-洗後要清潔不崩緊,不紅腫,沒有生疹子,粉刺,暗瘡
-成份簡單,溫和,弱酸性,不要有香料(Fragrance,Parfum )
洗面
醫生推薦 的 舒特膚cetaphi Gentle Skin Cleanserl(大藥房同WATSON'S藥房有賣) 好似大約85蚊 好好好好大支 (不含皂,不含香料,不含鹼,不會引起粉刺,不引起乾燥 可形成天然保護膜)

如果你用得h20+8 杯水 o甘你本身都唔係敏感wo, 因為h20+8 杯水好多好多香料(我用過)

sorry..i don't know how to type chinese...so i have to respond in english...hope u don't mind:)
anyways, i am 19...and i am currently using biotherm's aquasource cream....it is like a gel form and the main ingredients in water... which should probably be most suitable for u..since anything too oily or heavy will make ur skin worst....especially now summer is coming and weather will be more humid...
biotherm is not a very expensive line... and their products is quite good...for me personally...so u might want to try it out:) if u think that it is too expensive at the counters..then u can try going to cosmetic stores such as Sasa.... those ones usually are a bit cheaper...u can always try going to counters of biotherm and ask them for a little sample...nice sales will usually give them to u...then u can try it out before purchasing it:)

其實我想你已經因為皮膚過乾或錯誤使用產品而出現敏感狀況, 我本人不建用產品時, 一時用下呢樣, 一時用吓那樣, 又或幾個牌子混亂一起用, 其實咁樣會有機會因為產品不同的成份而出現副作用。Biodroga 有個係列可以幫到你, 是防敏系列, 可以令到你的面部泛紅得到舒緩, 又或你可試下Basic Moist (基底水份乳液), 好適合青春一族使用，好補濕。如果你成日咁左試右試，又無效果, 倒不如你用多少少錢, 用好些, 咁就唔會費時失事。

我塊面都係好敏感,之前仲敏感到斷斷續續食咗四個月皮膚藥添,一唔食就返發,又红又腫又粗糙又生暗粒,非常痛苦.之前我都係用fancl,一直都ok,但敏感果排就吾用得.兩個月前轉了用Avene,專俾超敏感皮膚用(法國皮膚科醫生也推介),用咗一個星期巳好得七七八八,而家仲可以化粧,唔駛再睇醫生啦！你可先去counter做skin test,再選擇product,買最基本的濩膚產品先,用得好先再買水份mask,精华素.我用緊extremely gentle cleaner>gentle toner>skin recovery cream(超好用)+温泉水($120大支圧),每支约$200到,可用三個月,非常抵用.水份舒缓mask也很好,我日日敷都用到一個月,$220.信我啦,very gd!(我以前一聽去抗敏產品就貴貴都試,嘥咗好多錢),難得揾到隻又平又好用,我會長用,亦想推介给敏感的朋友,因只有我們明白敏感之苦.你可以上avene網址睇下.
唯一唔好处係護膚程序較煩,但為咗靚無計啦!^^
