麵粉 175克
無鹽牛油 157克
黃糖 120克
杏仁粉 60克
梳打粉 1/2茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
蛋 1隻
雲呢拿香油/杏仁香油 1茶匙
豆寇粉 1/2茶匙
朱古力粒 60克
製作
1.
預熱焗爐至180度C 。

2.
牛油室放軟後與黃糖拌勻,再加入蛋和香油拌勻 。
3.
麵粉、 發粉、 豆寇粉、 鹽、杏仁粉過篩。
4.
將篩好的粉類加入牛油糊中攪勻成順滑麵團,加入朱古力粒 。
5.
把麵團放入雪櫃雪30分鐘 。
6.
用手把麵團搓成一個個的小圓球,焗15 至 20 分鐘 。
7. 完成後放在鋼架放涼即可食用。

INGREDIENTS:
1. flour -175g

9. nutmeg -half a teaspoon
10. chocolate chips -60g

METHOD:
1. pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees
2. place the butter in room temperature until it soften then mix it with the brown sugar in a bowl, then add in the egg and essence to mix
3. in an other bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, salt and almond powder
4. then pour the butter mixture, that was made before, into the dry mixture. next, mix it together until smooth then add in the chocolate chips.
5. when it is done, put it in the refridgerater and fridge it for 30 mins.
6. after freezing it, use your hands to make the mixture into smaller ball shapes then place it on a baking tray to bake it for 15-20 mins.
7. after baking place it on a cooling tray to cool, then when it's cool it would be ready to eat
