get some towels and wrap around your head very tight. Don't cover your nose or mouth. Prop the head of the bed higher than the foot and lie down and think of sex. propping the head higher than your foot keeps the bed from spinning and spilling your brain out the top of your ears.

Well, when your brains fall out, be sure and scoop them all up and seal them in a Ziploc baggie and take them to the hospital with you so the doctors can cram them back into your skull.
