I'm not in great shape.. I was in pretty good shape about a year ago and about 160 pounds, but even then I really only did cardio and pushups/situps and that was once every two days for about an hour and a half - two hours.
If I start eating protein bars often, working out every day, maybe even pulling some 2 a days and giving myself a day here and there to rest.. how much bigger could I get by the end of May?

Well, I'd love to be at 170.. but I don't know if that's realistic, that's why I'm asking you health nuts. :D
