It all depends what you want to put in it. For example some videos that are short take up like 40 megabytes itself.
If it's for messages that should be plenty

Definitely it is quite a respectable amount for the phone. Enough for thousands of pics, unlimited contacts, hundreds of text messages all together. But not very good for music. Definitely it is a good amount

if you are going to use it for music, then no.40 megs only holds about 12 songs. you can always buy a new hard drive or memory card for it and use that.

Not at all. 40MB can hold around eight MP3 songs if it's 5MB each.
