你可以check 你底板你用xp?512 差不多，1gb最好
唔一定，mb愈多愈快，但係你都要夠！
ddr既ram256mb大約 250 倒！

For Windows ME: 256MB
For Windows XP: 512MB
For Windows Vista: 1GB/1024MB
Technically, RAM will only help a little with the speed. The main concern still lies with your CPU.
You must be sure your motherboard support whether DDR-266, DDR-333 or DDR-400. DDR-400 256MB RAM cost ~$200
