The 1st poster is correct.
To the 2nd poster, please take note -
Would you say 'I am never givING up again.' or 'I am never give up again.'?? Whenever there's 'I am', 'You are', 'They are' etc etc, the verb has to have -ING ending. (Just curious, what type of 'professional' are you???)
To the original poster - songs can sometimes have bad/wrong grammar, especially the newer songs and rap. However, in this case, it is correct.

That's because the sentence begun with 'I should have' already. Technically speaking, we don't speak like that at all - the correct grammar should really be in this case:

So the lyric has this meaning behide it - I should have listen to my friend. (I am) never making this mistake again. In order to put words to music, the songwriter cut out 'I am' but to the listeners it should already be understood.
