Q:
The Tate's Chairn Tunnel, which connects Shatin with East Kowloon.
Explain with the aid of a diagram,
how this will affect the demand for the Lion Rock Tunnel service
and the consequently reduce its traffic congestion.

我雖然知道demand下降..但係應該趺幾多?
我將個demand降到去出現surplus.咁唔係solve左佢話的擠塞問題咩?
但係solution係...仲有excess demand不過只係細左.
咁乜唔係仲有擠塞問題咩?咁都算solve左?

因為個題目已經講都明只係 REDUCE its traffic congestion

而唔係 ELIMIATE traffic congestion

你降到出現 surplus, 就梗係離題啦?
