The quota S must be shift left.The importing economy reduce quota, that mean the quantity of imported garments reduces. When the quantity reduces, the quata S curve must shift left.
Quota means the restriction of imported goods.
For example, this country allows 100 pcs to be imported at the beginging. But now, reduces quota to 80pcs only. That mean the supply decreases.
So, the quota curve (supply curve) should be shift left
