沿 彌 敦 道 往 海 旁 方 向 走 ， 取 道 九 鐵 尖 東 站 L3 出 口 ， 穿 過 人 行 隧 道 前 往 J 出 口 ， 然 後 依 路 牌 指 示 往 「 星 光 大 道 」 。

Avenue of Stars
At Asia's first Avenue of Stars, you can see plaques honouring celebrities from the silver screen, and those behind the camera. The latest addition is a bronze statue of the legendary kung-fu action star Bruce Lee. Find out all you need to know about the 100-year development of this Hollywood of Asia and enjoy the star-studded harbour views.
Walk along Nathan Road towards the waterfront. Enter Exit L3 at East Tsim Sha Tsui KCR East Rail station, go through the pedestrian tunnel to Exit J, and follow the directional signs to the Avenue of Stars.

新世界發展有限公司於一九八二年斥資興建尖沙咀海濱長廊，並於二零零三年斥資四千萬港元全力贊助於原址興建「星光大道」，以表揚電影同業對香港以及國際影壇的貢獻，及因應旅客對香港電影濃厚的興趣，而增加一個特色旅遊景點。「星光大道」工程於二零零四年四月二十七日完成，由集團主席鄭裕彤博士移交予香港特別行政區政府，供市民休憩及遊客觀光，謹誌數言，以留永念。
The New World Group constructed the Tsim Sha Tsui Waterfront Promenade in 1982. In 2003 the Group sponsored HK$40 million for the construction of the Avenue of Stars right on this promenade. The Avenue of Stars is a salute to eminent Hong Kong film workers for their devoted contribution to local and world theatres. With many visitors to Hong Kong being fans of our movies, the Avenue of Stars also serves as a tourist attraction. Upon completion of the Avenue of Stars on 27 April 2004, Dr. Cheng Yu-tung, Chairman of the New World Group, took pride to hand it over to the Hong Kong SAR Government. Henceforth, it has become public property destined for the enjoyment of visitors and all Hong Kong citizens.

星光大道 = Avenue of Stars

The Avenue of Stars (星光大道), modelled on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, is located along the Victoria Harbour waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It honours celebrities of the Hong Kong film industry.

The avenue was opened to the general public on 28 April 2004 with an opening ceremony held the previous day, 27 April. The opening ceremony was presided over by a number of government and industry figures including Henry Tang (Financial Secretary), Stephen Ip (Secretary for Economic Development and Labour), Patrick Ho (Secretary of Home Affairs), Selina Chow (Chair of Hong Kong Tourism Board), Manfred Wong (Director/Actor), and Cheng Yu Tung (Chair of New World Group); in which the privately-funded Avenue was handed over to the Hong Kong SAR government as public property.

At opening, the avenue honours an initial 73 inductees elected by the Hong Kong Film Awards Association and the readers of City Entertainment.
