炸雞翼有害是因為炸的食指有太多油which is not healthy to us, 好多食物經過高溫煮沸後會釋放致癌物質﹐such as BBQ, also chicken wing 係chicken 之中最多脂肪既部份, 所以小食為妙. Also, 薯片is potatos, it's kind of healthy food, it contained 碳水化合物﹐ 易飽肚﹐healthy but when it is deep fried, it absorbed too much oil again n high Calories. The most important thing, for Chinese, we normally called deep fried food caused 熱氣... u may need some 涼菜 at last.
