glucose and sucrose

I have to design an experiment to find the content of glucose and sucrose in a fruit juice.
but I have completely no idea about it.
can someone give me two detailed methods?

分別加Benedict's solution落兩樣野度,
再加熱5min左右.
如果由light blue變brick red,
就係glucose.
if no, then it's sucrose.

If you want to undergo a quantitative analysis of carbohydrates, especially for two or more sugar mixture, there is no simple solution for you.

From the above friend's solution, you can only detect the presence of glucose, but not the actual amount of the sugar.

The similar investigation will be done frequently in the hospital, but with a much complicated procedure.
