HAVE+ ED / HAVE BEEN + ED 之分別

本人不明以下句子(时式)之分别, 請幫忙.

1) I have released the goods.
2) I have been released the goods

have + ed 是主動式, (active voice)
have + been + ed 是被動式 (passive voice)

在主動式裏, 句子裏那個動詞是由主語去實行的, 被動式裏則相反. .e.g

她吃了那蘋果: She has eaten the apple
「吃」(eat )這個動作由主語「她」(she) 進行, 這是主動式.

被動式則是由主動式裏的受詞 (object) 作主語
那蘋果被她吃了: The apple has been eaten by her.

就文法上和意思上 第1) 句沒問題, 但第 2) 句不對,因為沒有 "by" ,還有,
意心想也不合理
1) 的意思是:我已經放下了那貨物
2) 如果轉成 I have been released by the goods, 意即我被那貨物放下了.

如果要表達, 那貨物被我放下了, 就要將第二句寫成 The goods have been released by me.
