政府工3年試用3年合約問題

(1) The government would follow the contract strictly. Therefore, it is impossible to change to permanent terms within 6 years, unless the contract has specified the other conditions.

(2) Point 3 is the starting salary and you would get 1 point higher every year until Point 10. Therefore, your salary should be at Point 9 aftter 6 years, unless your performance is very poor. The salary amount of different pay points would be reviewed by the government from time to time. It would always increase the salary and seldom decrease it (exception: 2004-5). Moreover, you may have acting allowance if your supervisor or colleague is on leave and you act his/her post.

(3) Yes. Before confirming to be permanent staff, you would not have any promotion.

(4) Yes.

1.冇可能。一定要做夠６年。因為合約寫死咗，否則會招人話柄，對其他3+3的人公平。
2.是乎你的工作經驗及學歷。至於跳point，理論上就每年都可以跳，直至去到該職位的max. point。不過要根據每年的appraisal而决定。
3.我就不太清楚。我相信其實是很難的，因為你前面大把人都等住升。
4.理論上係，但是乎部門的需求。制度是方便政府有彈性地處理人手。所以這６年真是提心膽跳，不耍行差踏錯！
